  • Walk space and hold meetings prior to bidding to understand and get to know the client

Pre-Construction

  • Meet with client to discuss cost-saving opportunities, time management keys, and scheduling to ensure project is completed on time
  • Organize scheduling with management and client so nothing goes unnoticed or missed
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and management to meet building standards and Short & Associates
  • Prepare and sign submittals, provide samples
  • Establish lead times for tenant finishes
  • Bid package assembly and AIA contract
  • Provide necessary insurance
